Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of chartered surveyors and has 25 years’ experience in the property industry. He started in the industry at Healey and Baker and then Morgan Williams before moving into investment and development.

 

Paul is currently COO of Joseph Homes a multi award winning, B-Corp Certified developer that’s mission is to build better homes for a better world. Through its Livewell manifesto it has set out to build healthy homes that are energy positive, have no embodied carbon and great indoor air quality. Joseph Homes has recently also signed the WGBC Net Zero buildings Commitment.
