Peta Nichols
Peta has worked in sectors ranging from one-off bespoke homes to multi-residential schemes, large refurbishment and new-build commercial buildings, hotel and masterplanning projects. She is currently leading the 408,000 sqft redevelopment of a highly prominent seventeen-storey building at 30 South Colonnade - a first generation Canary Wharf building to be known as YY London. She has also led designs for a series of schemes which include: Technique, a dramatic re-imagination of an existing 1960’s former printworks and gin distillery into a new art-led creative hub (Completing 2022 for General Projects); Trade in Frankfurt (215,000 sqft for Resolution Property) and Black Lion House, a nine-storey office refurbishment in London.
