Sam joined tp bennett in 2012 to work on Pure City student residential scheme for City University. Since then he has taken several projects from planning through to construction phase with his team, including a 350-bedroom student residential development in Coventry, a 270-bedroom student residential development in Cambridge, the refurbishment of three commercial building in London and Basingstoke and two large new build offices in Cambridge. He is currently working on several significant refurbishment projects including the repositioning of a prominent office building in Westminster and an historic commercial building in Clerkenwell.

 

With over 32 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Sam is a member of the practice’s BIM team, and developed a sustainability tool that is now used across tp bennett to inform and assess environmentally-responsible design.
