Simon Cross is Mott MacDonalds Modern Methods of Construction Director focusing on accelerating construction transformation with major clients by deploying digital, MMC, DfMA and delivery models to improve productive and sustainable outcomes, in line with the Construction Playbook. Formerly, he was Innovation and Digital Director with Cast Consulting and led BRE’s strategic advisory group, including operating a digital solutions business to improve project performance. Simon has held supply chain manufacturing and construction positions with Unite  and Tarmac Group.  He chairs a Construction Leadership Council group demonstrating smarter ways to design and deliver buildings, and is also chair of Constructing Excellence Performance Group.
