Simon Green is the Head of Business Rates at Gerald Eve responsible for managing over 60 sector specialists who work with clients to manage and mitigate their business rates liabilities. The team is currently focused on ensuring the rates clients have paid already and will be paying in Revaluation 2023 are accurate.  

Simon works directly with clients on all rating matters, from strategic rating advice to handling appeals. He is also actively involved in shaping the industry through various industry and government initiatives, and regularly provides clients with updates on how new measures and valuations will impact them.
