Simon Loomes is responsible for The Portman Estate’s strategic development.  He delivers the Estate’s strategic planning function as well as working alongside development partners to optimise each building’s contribution to the wider area.  Simon holds governance positions with various BIDs, WPA and the Marylebone Forum.
