Stephen is a Director of CO—RE,  with 20 years’ experience of the Central London development market. Recent projects have included Lansdowne House, 20 Ropemaker, 280 Bishopsgate and 16 Old Bailey.

 

Stephen has extensive knowledge of enabling developments, including planning, securing third party agreements, rights to light and other neighbourly matters. His is currently involved with the redevelopments of 72 Upper Ground on the Southbank and 130 Fenchurch Street in the City of London.
