Stephen is a Senior Partner at GIA and has more than 15 years’ experience working in the property industry. With an academic background in Environmental Planning and Urban Design, Stephen started his career by working as a planning consultant before migrating to the specialist field of daylight, sunlight and rights of light surveying.
Stephen’s current role within the practice is to provide leadership and general oversight to 50+ surveyors and CAD technicians within the Daylight Department. He has provided strategic advice to private and public sector clients on hundreds of redevelopment projects within the UK and Ireland.
