Steve works across a range of residential, retail and commercial projects in London. As Fellow of the RICS with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, Steve has led mixed-use projects with a combined GDV in excess of £6bn both in the UK and internationally.

Steve is leading on a major high street regeneration project in Edgware including the establishment of a BID and other regeneration initiatives. Steve has three other major London planning applications with a combined 6,000 residential units. Steve also manages the relationship with TfL and LLDC. 

Steve has strong connections within the cultural sector, with close links to national organisations such as the English National Ballet and London City Institute of Technology.
