Steven has over ten years regen and infrastructure programme management experience including Tideway DCO, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Environment Agency flood defence asset management and most recently delivery of London Borough of Hounslow, Net Zero Neighbourhoods and Green Economy programme. He has contributed to reports by Centre London Forward, GLA and C40 on topics such as decarbonisation of last mile delivery, barriers to accessing green jobs and just transition. He also acts as an advisor to Heathrow Community Trust for environment and sustainability grant applications.
