| Toby works extensively across the health and science sectors. Within health, this includes primary, acute, mental health, private and residential care. His portfolio includes delivering projects from individual departments to large hospital developments.

He has supported trusts through the development of Clinical Masterplans, Development Control plans and Estate Strategies, identifying opportunities for new clinical developments and land disposals.

Recently, Toby has supported NHS England in the production of guidance to support the future delivery of healthcare developments. He is leading the teams behind the new Rob Burrow Centre for MND in Leeds as well as the development of two new laboratory projects in South London.
