Tom Foxall
Tom has worked for Historic England for 12 years. He is a qualified architectural historian, heritage planner and urban designer who specialises in the conservation and management of major heritage sites, including advising on schemes aiming to balance conservation and sustainability issues.  He has worked in a local authority planning team and as an Inspector of Historic Buildings and Areas at Historic England. He is currently Head of Region for London and South East, where he leads on Historic England’s planning advice in the capital and wider south east.
