Tristan Payne has almost 10 years experience working in development, with 7 of those spent working within St James and St William. Tristan has played a key role in the planning and early delivery phases of Bow Green, a former gas works site in East London.  The development is set to create an entirely new neighbourhood of homes, sustainably located and with ample amenities. Tristan previously held development positions in Australia, giving him a diverse knowledge base to draw on.
