Join us for networking and discussion on what it looks like to GiveAF about social value impact in the sector
The built environment sector is under growing pressure to deliver, evidence and defend its social value commitments. Companies need to show their commitments corporately. Local authorities need to ensure communities see and feel benefit from development projects. Impact needs to be real and measurable.

With the built environment sector contributing 24% of Great Britain's GVA (£568 billion) and employing 3.8 million people, the event will explore how the built environment can start to #GiveAF in 2026 – and drive tangible social impact.

Leading voices from industry, government and frontline community organisations will examine why social value delivery is becoming harder, not easier; where current approaches are falling short; how the sector can respond with greater confidence and credibility and what good social value looks like on the ground.

Join us to hear why NLA and ActionFunder have partnered – and learn how you too can fund like you GiveAF.
