Join this NLA Evening Talk with WSP to explore how the housing sector can move beyond fragmented approaches to deliver sustainable homes at scale.

London’s housing challenge demands a fundamental rethink of how homes are planned, designed and delivered. This discussion will explore the shift from site-by-site approaches towards greener, manufacturing-led housing delivery, moving from projects to products.

Bringing together perspectives from design, development, policy and digital innovation, the panel will examine how coordinating demand across projects, designing shared platforms and using standardised components can help improve speed, affordability and quality.

The discussion will consider how digital tools and manufacturing can reduce risks on complex sites and support more reliable delivery. What could this look like across London’s housing sector, from micro-factories and production networks within the M25 to digitally connected supply chains and industrialised construction?

Sustainability will be central to the conversation, exploring how circularity can be embedded in housing programmes at scale. How can manufacturing support more ethical sourcing, greater cost certainty and lasting benefits for communities?

Accessibility

There is a step free entrance to the main building. Upon arrival at the event location, the ground-floor concierge will provide you with a name tag and guide you through the security gate to the first floor. The first floor can be accessed by a lift or by stairs. There, a host will be ready to welcome you and direct you to the cloakroom, gender-neutral bathroom facilities, and the bistro area/meeting room.

Gender-neutral bathrooms can be accessed through two different doors. One door is located across from the bistro area. The other door is down the hallway next to the elevators.
