Broadway Malyan is a global design practice dedicated to improving the future of the built environment worldwide. With a comprehensive suite of interrelated design disciplines from masterplanning to architecture and interiors, we are active in the world’s key development markets and growth areas.

The group encompasses a number of complementary brands that further our offer to clients. In 2022, we acquired workplace design consultants Will + Partners. In 2025, we acquired Stitch, a London-based specialist in housing architecture with a strong track record in urban regeneration and complex infill sites.

Built

One St George Wharf is a landmark residential tower in Vauxhall, rising 181 metres over 49 storeys. Comprising 223 apartments, it was London’s tallest residential tower upon completion.

South Hampstead High School Performing Arts Centre

The project transformed Waterlow Hall at South Hampstead High School into a fully flexible performing arts centre, featuring a professional concert hall with capacity for 400 people.
