HTA Design LLP

HTA Design is a practice of creative designers and innovative thinkers dedicated to making great homes and more sustainable places to live. Our team work with clients, communities, and collaborators to build lastingly popular neighbourhoods, engaging with commentators to influence housing policy and promote industry learning.
 
We believe everyone has the right to a safe, healthy home, and that good housing and successful places are essential to a more sustainable and prosperous future. We design nature-rich places, high-performing buildings, and functional homes that support both people and the planet.
 
HTA is a practice of more than 200 people based across studios in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Edinburgh. We combine the talents of architects, urbanists, planners, landscape architects, interior designers, engagement specialists, and sustainability experts. Collaboration and continuous improvement define our culture. We’ve been recognised as AJ100 Employer of the Year in 2018, 2022 and 2023, and AJ100 Practice of the Year in 2025.
 
As a B Corp, we are committed to a triple bottom line, balancing profit with social and environmental accountability. Our sustainability leadership has been recognised with the AYA Net Zero Architect award in both 2020 and 2022. We continue to reduce our operational carbon emissions while designing lower-impact, higher-performing projects across the UK.
