Whitby Wood

Whitby Wood

Whitby Wood is a design-led, international engineering consultancy. We support sustainable construction, and we work hard to develop practical cost-effective design solutions for beautiful architectural projects, large and small. We are collaborative, open and fun to work with.  And we are diverse, with a rich culture created by the backgrounds, experience and aspirations of all our team members. Collectively, we have a strong sense of societal and environmental responsibility.

Whitby Wood is privately owned and independent, working from headquarters in London and design hubs in Milan, Belgrade and Mumbai. Our approach to engineering design is based on a keen understanding of the importance of context, and the application of best practice — locally, nationally and internationally. We champion innovation and technical development, and we are actively developing methodologies and digital tools that help us support our clients in the move to a decarbonised and more-sustainable future.
