Gaynor leads the NLA’s internal operations, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all services, programmes, and commercial activities. Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, she ensures that the NLA operates smoothly, sustainably, and in alignment with our strategic objectives and values.
