60 London Wall, a previously tired and outdated office building has been extensively refurbished, reconfigured, reinvented and repositioned. Completed in November 2020, the scheme which occupies a prominent 1.3-acre corner site, successfully answers the client’s brief, creating a high-quality office designed for a diverse set of occupiers positioned to make the City of London their new home.

The pioneering scheme has achieved a BREEAM rating of Outstanding - representing an innovative sustainability performance attained by less than 1% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK.
