Phase 2B of the Aylesbury Estate will deliver 640 homes, increasing social rent units from 163 to 173. Led by Maccreanor Lavington with Haworth Tompkins, Sergison Bates, East, and Architecture Doing Place, the project will deliver a diverse and vibrant neighbourhood consisting of five buildings, offering a rich architectural variety and a range of housing types, from mansion blocks and courtyard apartments to maisonettes and high-rise homes, tailored to suit the needs of a diverse community.
