Beachcroft House provides an 84 bedroom care home, 31 private sale homes and a community space for residents in Westminster on the edge of a conservation are. The site is one of a number identified for Westminster City Council's Specialist Housing Strategy for Older People Programme and provides sufficient care spaces to allow residents to move in from two existing care homes on other sites in Westminster so that further specialist housing can be developed. The design references the rhythm of the Victorian houses found in the Conservation Area and seamlessly integrates with its surroundings.
