Dudley House is a mixed-use scheme in Paddington for Westminster City Council, comprising 197 affordable homes, a permanent home for Marylebone Boys’ Secondary School, premises for the Central Pentecostal Church and retail accommodation.
Delivered on just 0.4ha of footprint, Dudley House is the Council’s largest design-and-build contract scheme and is a blueprint towards creating much-needed affordable homes and community infrastructure within a highly-constrained and commercial urban location.
