Novo Park is an existing business park in Bucharest, which the client wished to
upgrade, incorporating a new park in place of the surface car park as well as
the conversion of an office building to a mixed-use co-working, co-living, food
market, conference centre facility. The Woods Bagot team in London provided
design input, based on the global trends across these sectors, to drive the
strategic reallocation of space and the coordination of the various uses across
the campus.
