Morris North & Morris South form the largest phase of the One Woolwich regeneration programme providing 766 new sustainable homes for RBG and London. The regeneration sensitively transforms the obsolete estates and carefully re-integrates the area with the surrounding context responding to the historic character, challenging physical topography and dissecting railway line to improve legibility, wayfinding and connectivity. A series of new public spaces resident HUBs and amenities provide identity and a sense of place for all residents and the wider community.
