Wembley Park has been transformed Quintain into a 15-minute neighbourhood. It will have 8,500 homes by 2027 and it is the UK's largest Build to Rent project, operated by Quintain Living.

Since 2004, developer and asset manager Quintain has been committed to Wembley Park - one of London’s largest development schemes. Upon completion in 2027, Wembley Park will be the UK's largest single-site Build-to-Rent (BTR) development.
