Billy has considerable experience in designing and delivering complex and challenging projects; a strong technical foundation, design judgement, and systematic approach define his work and allow him to move fluidly between all project stages.

Working for both higher education and commercial clients at the intersection between placemaking, science and enterprise, Billy has a particular interest and expertise in life science buildings and leads Allies and Morrison’s work and development in the sector.

From Hong Kong, Billy trained at the University of Hong Kong, the Architectural Association and the Bartlett. He has taught with Tony Fretton at London Metropolitan University.
