Festus has wide-ranging experience of large and complex design projects involving the remodelling and refurbishment of commercial buildings.

Festus’ understanding of design and energy use within buildings has enabled JRA to deliver market-leading sustainability performance in both new-build and challenging retrofit projects. He has thorough knowledge of the BREEAM benchmarking system and represents JRA as member of the UK Green Building Council. Most recently Festus was Director in charge of Blackstone’s masterplan and refurbishment for Devonshire Square and of ‘Bloom Clerkenwell’ for HB Reavis. Bloom is the first commercial building in the UK to achieve the highest accreditations for BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.
