Richard is the City of London Strategic Relationship Lead for the Heat Zone team at E. ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions. He collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including the GLA, local authorities, utility providers, local planning teams and infrastructure partners, to facilitate the successful delivery of complex city-wide schemes.

 

Richard serves as the primary point of contact for key anchor customers, including commercial property owners, public sector buildings, and waste heat providers. He focuses on aligning and coordinating the construction of a heat network expansion with major street works and future Public Realm improvements, ensuring minimal disruption and a joined-up approach with stakeholders.
