As part of the Adaptive London programme, this fast-paced Test & Learn event showcases a curated selection of projects that demonstrate how London’s existing building stock is being creatively adapted for new uses.

Renowned for its leadership in retrofit and reuse, London is home to pioneering schemes that range in scale and typology. Drawing on case studies from the Adaptive London report, this session explores how key projects are setting new benchmarks in innovation and sustainability.

Join industry experts as they share how their projects overcome common barriers to reuse, navigate regulatory and heritage challenges, and embedded long-term circular principles to extend building lifespans and respond to the city’s changing needs.
