We recently developed a new digital application that delivers quantitative analysis and scheme optimisation in a 60 minute workshop. Harnessing the power of the VU.CITY platform, the app has major implications for site feasibility studies, contextual appraisals and portfolio review. It includes the ability to conduct live, visual analysis of daylight, sunlight and overshadowing fully in accordance with the latest BRE guidance, identifying risks, highlighting potential for injunctions and quantifying compensation budgets using an accurate compensation calculator.
