In pursuit of net-zero targets, architects and designers are increasingly turning to natural materials sourced from renewable bio-based sources. Consequently, biomaterial research has advanced significantly.

During this year’s London Climate Action Week, this webinar explored the potential of biomaterials in design. Our panellists discuss the range of biomaterial usage, whilst delving into some of the challenges hindering wider adoption, such as accreditation, fire safety and market competition. Drawing from their expertise and experience, they will suggest potential solutions for broader adoption in the UK.
