Every year, the NLA Awards bring together the people, projects and organisations shaping London's built environment to celebrate the ideas, partnerships and places creating a better city.
We're delighted to announce the Expert Assessors for the NLA Awards 2026, who will play a vital role in reviewing this year's submissions and helping determine the shortlist presented to the International Jury.
Drawn from across architecture, planning, development, engineering, landscape, sustainability, local government and the wider built environment, this year's assessors bring a breadth of expertise and first-hand industry knowledge to the judging process. Their experience ensures every project is considered with rigour, insight and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping London today.
Throughout July, the Expert Assessors will review submissions across every category, alongside a programme of site visits to experience projects first-hand. Following detailed discussion and assessment, they will compile the shortlist that will go forward to the International Jury, who will select this year's winners, commendations and special prizes.
Supported by the Mayor of London, the NLA Awards celebrate the people, places and projects helping create a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous London. The winners will be announced at the NLA Awards Lunch on Thursday 19 November, when more than 650 leaders from across the built environment will gather at Guildhall to celebrate the very best of the capital.
Congratulations and thank you to this year's Expert Assessors for contributing their time, expertise and commitment to recognising excellence across London's built environment.
